Aaron Clark - 'Your Real Estate Guy' is a Residential Property Marketer and Negotiator who started his Real Estate Career in April 2004.

Aaron’s previous career was in the military where he spent close to seven years in the RNZAF after completing his high school years before moving back into ‘civilian life’ and numerous sales roles before being selected for a ‘Cadet Ship Program’ with a well established Australasian Real Estate Franchise.

After spending 18 months with this well known Australasian Real Estate franchise Aaron became disillusioned with some of the business practices and lack of ethics that he was seeing within the Christchurch operation and decided he needed to find a company which gave him the flexibility to market and negotiate property with a level of service and professionalism that he believed his clients deserved. This became Aaron's quest because not only did he want the ability to supply these things and more to his clients but he also wanted the ability to build a long term business and credibility in the marketplace. With this in mind the company Aaron chose to affiliate himself with would need to give him access to some of the best business tools available in the industry.

After sitting through many sales pitches from other franchises he came across a company which was a world leader.... yet not known.... in the Christchurch market place and who was about to launch in the South Island. This company was RE/MAX Leaders and after further discussions and investigation he became one of the founding sales associates to join the RE/MAX Leaders office in Christchurch during November 2006.

Since that decision to move was made there has been no looking back with numerous awards and recognitions for level of customer satisfaction and the number of sales completed for his many happy clients.
