Description

I primarily use (GPR) ground penetrating radar in the location of underground pipes from 15mm upwards. I have a cable locator that is used for the locating of power, telephone and control cables and have also done extensive geotechnical work for a global consultancy group.

I have worked with a mix of consultancy, surveying and contracting firms and also on farms, locating water mains and laterals along with local councils (location of sewer, storm-water, water mains, and laterals and ducts.) I am prepared to travel throughout New Zealand.

The GPR is also capable of geotechnical information as well which I work in with a very highly qualified geologist (ground strata's, etc.).

GPR is a non destructive form of utility locating, in that there is no damage done to existing lawns and roadways, etc. and is extremely accurate and relatively inexpensive exercise for the amount of locating that can be done in any given time.
