Lucie Niemela
Czech-Finnish singer-songwriter, Musician
Lucie grew up in the Czech Republic. She started composing at the age of 11 but didn’t really perform her own music until she was over twenty. She moved to Finland in 2004 in order to study Finnish language. She met lots of Finnish musicians who inspired her to introduce her songs to the public.
Lucie’s first solo album “Doses” was released in March 2012 by a German label ZeitART Music.
Her second album is on its way. It will be about rebuilding one’s life after a break-up, and about the transition from darkness to light.
In early 2015 Lucie travelled to Australia and New Zealand to gather inspiration for new songs.
